Coming later

The system today is deliberately short of a few things that depend on work outside the build itself — a Meta API grant, a Michael decision, a Google Workspace change. Each of those is listed here so nothing feels like a surprise.

Grouped by who is on it next.

  • Alumni Engagement page. The sidebar entry and the Coming next card are in. The real page waits on Michael’s alumni stages and triggering events.
  • Social Media page. The sidebar entry and the Coming next card are in. The real page needs a Meta Business API adapter (Instagram
    • Facebook follower, mention and message sync, matched against the funnel) — a dedicated session once Meta grants access.
  • Admin team buttons. The Team page shows roster, invites and roles. Still to add: a per-row role selector, a Deactivate button, and a Delete button for admins.
  • Separate deploy:crm and deploy:portal scripts. Right now npm run build builds both apps; deploy still involves a copy-paste of two Wrangler commands. Not a blocker; a quality-of-life fix.
  • “Start session” button on the mentor Home card. Today the Zoom link is a plain link; a one-click Start session that calls the Zoom API is a small addition when the Zoom adapter goes live.
  • MentorDreams screen. A dedicated view for the dream-work mentors’ practice (sessions, notes, dream-share rhythm). Scoped as a Dream Work-only addition to the mentor side of the Portal.
  • Admin and staff-coordinator Portal screens. The portal today shows a Staff view coming card for admins and office staff. A future session will add StaffContent, AdminUsers, AdminRoles and AdminAudit pages so the office can do everything the CRM gives them from the Portal too.
  • CRM UI for cohort_mentors. The join between mentor and cohort exists in the database; a UI for the office to pick which mentor belongs to which cohort is coming.
  • Custom portal subdomain. The Portal lives at haden-portal.pages.dev for now; portal.hadeninstitute-crm.com is a DNS change away.
  • Pipeline per-program UI polish. Small lingering items from the pipeline revision: the Dashboard’s by-program funnel tiles, finishing the pipeline board’s per-program color accents, bringing the Alumni Engagement sidebar count online.
  • Two pre-existing failing CRM tests. Two tests in app fail before any guide work and are tracked separately. Not blocking.
  • Triggering events for stage transitions. Michael is drafting a list of events (RSVP to an interest meeting, program-packet download, program-specific recruitment reply) that should move a person automatically from Prospect → Engaged, or create a new person_programs row. We will wire whatever he hands us into the engagement score + stage machinery already in place.
  • Lead-scoring formula weights. The engagement score mechanism is live; Michael is choosing the weights (how many points a conversation logs, how fast the score decays, when a lead is “rotting”).
  • Alumni Engagement stages. The stages and triggering events for the Alumni Engagement page. Scoped the same way the main funnel was.
  • Constant Contact ↔ Google Workspace shared inbox linkage. The office is moving to a shared Google Workspace inbox. The connection between that inbox and Constant Contact needs product discussion with the office before anything is built.

Everything listed here is tracked, so nothing falls off.

Next: Future phases.
