Dashboard
The Dashboard is where the CRM opens. It greets you by name, tells you what time of day it is, and gives you the state of the whole program in a single screen.
What is on it
Section titled “What is on it”- A greeting. “Good morning, Chad. Thursday, October 23.” The display name comes from your profile; if you haven’t set one yet, the system uses the first part of your email.
- Six tiles across the top. Each one is clickable and takes you to
the page it refers to.
- New inquiries · 30 days — everyone who entered the funnel as a Prospect in the last month, with a green or clay arrow comparing it to the thirty days before.
- Applications · 30 days — applications started in that same window.
- Active students — the real-time count of people with a Student row on either program. A person enrolled in both only counts once.
- Revenue · 30 days — the sum of every payment marked paid in the last month.
- Undesignated — prospects who haven’t told us which program they want. The link opens the Undesignated funnel.
- Open alerts — student-success alerts waiting on someone. The link opens Student Success.
- A trend chart. New inquiries over 7, 30, 90 days or a year.
- The funnel breakdown. How many people sit in each of the six main stages, right now, across both programs.
- Open alerts, upcoming sessions, recent timeline activity. Three short lists for a quick scan.
What it is good for
Section titled “What it is good for”A one-minute morning check. If the Open alerts tile is 0 and nothing in the Recent activity list looks surprising, you can move on. If the Applications tile just ticked up, you probably want to open Applications next.
Nothing on the Dashboard changes any data. Every number on this page is read from somewhere else — it is a view, not a workspace.
Next: Contacts.
